The City Clerk also serves as the Treasurer for the city. The Clerk and her staff manages and documents the movement of all City funds and investments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage City funds and investments
  • Manage General Authority funds and investments
  • Process accounts receivable, payable and payroll
  • Process municipal assessments
  • Provide financial information to the Mayor & City Council
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget
  • Monitor procurement activities

 Reports
