The City of Center Point’s Code Enforcement Office strives to keep the City of Center Point aesthetically pleasing and duly safe for its citizens by enforcing municipal codes and ordinances. The Code Enforcement Officer ensures compliance with municipal codes of the City of Center Point. We are responsible for investigating specific complaints that affect the health, safety and welfare of our citizens. Complaints regarding trash, high grass and/or weeds, overgrown lots, illegal dumping, non-running automobiles, and vicious animals (most notably pit bulls) on private property are among the most common investigated by our Code Enforcement Officers. Code Enforcement also enforces ordinances regarding graffiti, as well as vacant, unsecured, and/or dilapidated structures (residential and commercial).
