Department Overview

The Department of Public Safety is a newly formed department within the Center Point City family. The Director of the department is Antonio Weatherly. He comes to us with years of experience in law enforcement and public relations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee traffic control 
    • Traffic cameras
    • speed detection devices
  • Enforce ordinances
  • Work with the local Sheriff office to help manage crime in the City
